GREEN SMOOTHIES
GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of Blooms Bio-Fermented Wheatgrass with Beetroot and Carrot
- ½ tablespoon of coconut oil
- ¾ cup of filtered water
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla powder
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- Fresh ginger to taste
- 1 cup of your favourite chopped greens
- ½ small cucumber
- 1 small apple, cored and chopped
Preparation
Blend the coconut oil, water and cinnamon in a high speed blender. Chop apple, ginger, greens and cucumber up and mix it into the blend. Then blend it together – you can add Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle or almond milk or filtered water if desired!
TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of Blooms Bio-Fermented Wheatgrass with Beetroot and Carrot
- ½ cup of pineapple
- ½ cup of frozen or fresh mango
- 1 passion fruit
- ½ cup of frozen spinach
- 2/3 cup of milk (soy, rice, coconut, almond)
Preparation
Blend the all the ingredients in a high speed blender except the passion fruit pulp. Add the passion fruit to the mix and enjoy!
TURMERIC SMOOTHIES AND LATTÉS
TURMERIC PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE WITH HONEY
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Blooms Bio-Fermented Turmeric with Ginger and Black Pepper
- 1 banana
- ½ pear
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Ginger to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ cup ground flax
- ½ cup milk of your choice (Rice, coconut, almond, soy)
- A dash of cinnamon
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until creamy. Top up with honey and cinnamon.
TURMERIC LATTÉ
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of Blooms Bio-Fermented Turmeric with Ginger and Black Pepper
- 1 cup of milk (soy, coconut, almond, rice)
- 1 Teaspoon of ground turmeric
- Honey to taste
- Ground cinnamon to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients, except honey and cinnamon, into a small saucepan and bring almost to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in honey to dissolve. Strain, serve hot in mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Mmmmmm!
FIRST THING IN THE MORNING SMOOTHIES
KICKSTART YOUR DAY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients (serves two)
- 1 tablespoon of Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle
- 1 banana
- 2 cups of milk (rice, almond, soy, coconut – unsweetened)
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- Honey to taste (usually 2 teaspoons)
- One tablespoon of Granola as a topping
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender except the Granola until smooth. Pour into two glasses and top with granola.
BLUEBERRY WITH CASHEW PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE
Ingredients (serves two)
- 1 tablespoon of Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle
- 1 cup of Blueberries
- 1 cup of unsweetened yoghurt
- 1 cup of unsweetened milk (Almond, rice, coconut, soy)
- 1 Weet-Bix or gluten free Weet-Bix
- ½ a cup of cashews
- Honey to taste (usually 1 teaspoon)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
RASPBERRY PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE
Ingredients (serves two)
- 1 tablespoon of Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle
- 1 cup of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
- ½ cup of unsweetened milk (such as almond, rice, coconut or soy milk)
- 1 cup of unsweetened yoghurt
- Honey to taste (usually 1 teaspoon)
Preparation
Add raspberries, banana (broken into pieces), milk, yogurt and honey into blender. Blend until smooth and combined, about 1 minute. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
COCONUT PROBIOTIC

Ingredients (serves two)
- 50ml of Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of mixed frozen berries
- 1 cup of unsweetened yoghurt
- ½ teaspoon natural vanilla essence
- Zest and juice of one lime or lemon
- Honey to taste (usually 1 teaspoon)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in the blender. Blend until smooth and combined, about 1 minute. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
COCONUT PROBIOTIC PROTEIN BALLS
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle
- 1 cup organic almond flour
- 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
- ¼ cup organic sesame seeds
- ¼ cup organic chia seeds
- ¼ cup organic raw cacao powder
- ½ cup organic nut butter
- 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil (liquid/melted)
- 2 – 3 tablespoons organic maple syrup
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together into the food processor. Mix until well combined and paste type consistency. Scoop small spoon full into palm of your hand and roll into small ball shape.
PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE
BANANA PROBIOTIC SMOOTHIE
Ingredients (serves two)
- 1 tablespoon of Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle
- 2 medium bananas fresh or frozen
- ½ cup of unsweetened milk (such as almond, rice, coconut or soy milk)
- ½ cup of unsweetened yoghurt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon flaxseed oil
- Honey to taste (usually 1 teaspoon)
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If smoothie is too thick, add more liquid to reach the desired consistency. Pour into glasses, serve immediately and enjoy!
WATERMELON SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 10ml of Blooms Bio-Fermented Coconut Water with Lemon Myrtle
- ½ cup of unsweetened milk (such as almond, rice, coconut or soy milk)
- 1 cup fresh watermelon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 medium banana
- Juice from half a lime
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Preparation
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 10ml of Blooms Bio-Fermented Wheatgrass with Beetroot and Carrot
- 1 carrot
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries (frozen if not in season)
- 1 medium peeled beetroot
Preparation
Add the first three ingredients into juice extractor – then pour into a glass and add your Blooms Bio-Fermented Wheatgrass with Beetroot and Carrot to taste. Enjoy your Red Clean!

- 1 medium cucumber
